Come join a workshop led by Karen in an intimate setting that is safe and gentle to explore the dynamics of the relationships we have created in the past. The classes are intimate with a maximum of 8 people in attendance. This gives everyone the opportunity to share. We work on the exercises in the book, "What Would Love Do Now?" together in class to deepen our understanding of ourselves. The class combines visualizations discussions and exercises to recreate ourselves and our families. Touchstone Meetings The 3rd Saturday of each month offers Touchstone meetings for people who have graduated from the RE-creating Families workshop. The goal of these meetings is to be able to re-immerse oneself in the energy and positive power of the Re-creating themes and ideology. Participants are able to share their triumphs, receive guidance on applying the tools taught in class to new situations that arise in two-home families. This class offers a unique experience of refueling the empowering thought process that comprises the essence of the Re-creating Families Program. Participants gain through supporting one another in this practice as well as gain friendships and diminish the sense of isolation so often associated with divorce. The fee is $20 per class |
